Chrissy was professional, communicative, and knowledgeable throughout the process of selling our home. She kept us in the loop with deadlines and general updates, even when they required no action from us. She clearly laid out our options and provided helpful recommendations.

Chrissy is simply the best! She met me twice in person before listing my home, once to walkthrough the property and recommend what minor improvements could enhance valence, then another time to show comparable properties and agree upon an appropriate listing price. Chrissy did her research, and her recommended list price was perfect! It was the right value to attract a multitude of prospective buyers. Because of Chrissy’s experience and professionalism, my home received multiple offers on the first day of being listed, and I accepted a very strong offer within two days! The closing process was as smooth as it could be. There were, frankly, zero hiccups the entire time. I know how rare that is. I couldn’t say enough positive things about Chrissy. This entire sales process was not stressful at all; I’m not sure many people get to say that!

Christina goes above and beyond to make things happen. She has your best interest in mind, giving guidance, support, and finding/selling your home. She helped me sell my home and helped me find my dream home!

Chrissy has helped us sell and purchase two homes in the past few years. Once we began the process, she made every effort to take any stress off us that was in her power. She researched homes and pointed out things that didn’t meet the criteria we had which showed her diligence but also saved us time. She advocated for us in every scenario it was needed. I was actually pretty nervous to ask Chrissy to be my buyer's agent because I knew her as a friend. She was also relatively early in her career, but my assumptions could not have been more incorrect! She was VERY up-to-date on current real-estate practices, COVID-related addendums, and current trends in the housing market! She not only helped me get a great deal, and was extremely responsive during the reply-to-inspections. She got me in touch with an awesome roofing company that gave me a very fair estimate and did a great job on the repairs needed! In addition to all of this, she understood the local market, was able to show me comparable houses when finding the right one to make an offer on, and was very generous with her time as she answered questions and concerns along the way. Chrissy might look a little "too young or new" to you at first glance, but I promise you, she knows her stuff and will do all in her power to make sure you have a great home buying/selling experience!

Chrissy is an outstanding agent. We met her while visiting an open house. She was very welcoming and ask us what we were looking for and within 24 hours, she sent information on homes for sale.
